2023 CIAA Annual Conference

The CIAA Annual Conference is more than just incredible interactive seminars and panels. It’s a place where insurance accountants from across Canada come together to share best practices and discuss solutions to issues affecting many finance departments and companies in our industry. It’s a time of year where new friends are made, and old friendships are renewed. 

When we concluded our last conference in September 2022, in Niagara Falls, Ontario, it was with a restored sense of community after three long years apart. It is from this successful reunion that we are pleased and excited to announce that we are opening registration for our 2023 Annual CIAA Conference, which is being hosted in Windsor, Ontario at the incredible Caesars Windsor Hotel & Casino. This year’s conference promises to be truly exceptional, with the high quality content format unique to the CIAA.

This year’s conference theme is “world of opportunity”. We’re excited to kick off our conference with a Sunday night dinner reception and awards night! On Monday we start our program with a keynote address from Jeff Adams, Paralympian and World Champion, followed by the Executive Day program, which includes our CEO, CFO, and CRO panels. Day two will dive into hot topic discussions such as ESG, Automation and AI, leading into an exciting social activity afternoon, followed by a fun-filled pub night. We will close off the conference on Wednesday, with Regulatory and Actuary panels, wrapping up with our closing keynote speaker, Dave Inglis, CEO of Threshold Leadership.
